From the beginning high precision, high quality and high ethical standards have been the guiding principles that have nurtured the growth of the Engis Group of Companies. Our founder, Julius Steindler, established the Hyprez® trade name and insisted that the Engis and Hyprez names be synonymous with high precision and high-quality products. That tradition is continued around the world by the Engis Group of Companies to this day.

We think of Engis as not just another diamond company but as a company that takes great pride in its ability to bring superabrasive finishing solutions to its customers. The products and systems provided to our customers have allowed us to become known as the “Leaders in Superabrasive Finishing Systems”. From the research and development of new products to the development of processes for demanding applications, we can support and work with our customers to provide world-class solutions that enable them to achieve the highest levels of performance in their operations.

Whether it be working with major world-class companies in the manufacture of hard disk drive components or working with small family-owned businesses to manufacture tool and die parts, our goal is the same, and that is to provide our customers with the world’s best products and systems to meet their needs. Total customer satisfaction is the goal of all of our employees.
