Sapphire Glass Polishing Kit

Two type of kits are available which include one (1) syringe of diamond compound and one (1) cylindrical shaped felt bob (3/32" shank diameter). 

The water based diamond compound is easy to apply and clean off.

PROCEDURE FOR POLISHING SAPPHIRE LENS

For application, simply apply the diamond compound to the outer diameter of the cylindrical felt bob. Run the rotary hand tool at approximately 15,000 rpm.

In a left to right motion, apply light pressure to the glass to polish for about a minute or two. Turn the sleeve 90 degrees and repeat the left to right motion.

For cleaning, follow the camera manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning & disinfecting.
