Product Description
Capable of achieving less than .1 microinch Ra surface finish when lapping your parts, the FastLap machines are competitively priced and available in both hand weight and pneumatic versions.  Depending on model, FastLap machines utilize lapping plates from 15” - 48” and can be customized to a wide variety of applications and specifications. What’s more, the rigid structure of the FL will provide years of trouble-free operation in your production environment with minimal maintenance.

Built with heavy duty spindle bearings, these robust machines handle download forces from 100 1,400 lbs along with a main drive motor rating of 1 – 7.5 HP. The soft-start ramp-up and variable speed drive allows for optimum lapping & polishing rates on thin or fragile parts.
