Hyprez Five Star® FSUS Diamond Compound - Hyprez Five Star is a universal compound perfect for use in virtually all applications. As one of the world's most widely used compounds, it is formulated to withstand severe lapping conditions without loss of cutting quality. The use of a stable carrier assures sustained particle suspension throughout your process cycle. The cutting ability and finishes provided by FSUS give you faster polishing times, better finishes and fewer micron sizes are required to obtain the final result. Once you try Five Star US, you won’t want to go back to what you had been previously using! Hyprez Formula L Diamond Compound - This oil based compound has been specifically formulated for use on harder materials such as tungsten carbide tooling and ceramics. Hyprez W Compound – If you prefer using a water based compound, we have the W range, which cleans easily from your workpiece. W compound is specifically suitable for high luster polishing and used extensively in mold polishing and die finishing. DiaMold Compound – We formulated DiaMold Compound for non-production occasional use where economy is the primary purchasing criteria. High Intensity Polish - Safely removes plate-out, oxidation and stains quickly and cost-effectively on fine tooling surfaces. It can restore your surface finish while providing a high luster sheen. HIP is easier to remove than other polishes and wipes off without leaving a residue. We suggest you use HIP as the final step to bring out that brilliant finish in your molds. |
