The Engis Hyprez range offers a lapping solution for every application.
Hyprez LM Range – Engis’ Hyprez LM range offers a high quality, robust system for every lapping application. Whereas many lapping machine manufacturers mount the table onto a gear box, the LM range uses a high quality precision spindle which not only permits a more precise lapping process, but significantly longer life of the equipment due to lower vibration levels and heat generation. The LM range is available in a 15” table top version, as well as 24”, 28”, 36”, and 48” floor standing models. The Hyprez LM range is the industry standard in the hard disk drive industry and known throughout the world for its precision and robust design. All of our LM machines are built in the USA.
Hyprez LC Range – Engis also offers a low cost range of lapping machines for light duty and MRO applications in a 15” table top version as well as limited availability in floor standing units.
Hyprez Double Sided Lapping Systems – Engis offers a full range of floor standing double sided units.
Hyprez Range of Fine Grinding Systems – Launched at IMTS in 2006, the new Hyprez range of fine grinding systems is the state of the art in this advancing technology. Many fine grinding / flat honing systems on the market today require a substantial capital investment, which has often proven to be an obstacle for many potential applications. The Hyprez range of fine grinding systems offers a high quality system at a reasonable price, which permits the introduction of this new technology for applications where the previous up front costs had proven prohibitive.
