Micro Welders
The Engis Mold Medic Micro-TIG Welders, make doing small precise welds simple and fast to accomplish. These portable units can be transported anywhere around the shop to do welding repairs easily, without taking the job out of a machine. The ability of the Mold Medics is that the welds will have an extremely low to zero heat sink and homogonous weld will be left. This will make Polishing, EDM, Milling and Grinding easy to do because the welding material is the same as your job. These unique Welders are easy and safe to use, there is not a need to have a trained welder on staff to operate these welders any one in the shop can use it to achieve a professional looking weld. There are two Mold Medic Micro welders available the SW-808 resistance only welder and the SW-V01 which has Resistance, Micro-TIG welding and continuous welding TIG capabilities.
